PMC will conduct an intensive 3-day, on site, sales training session that will:
- Collaboratively establish and document your sales process.
- Collaboratively create your Sales Message for all stages of the Sales Process that was created.
- Teach your sales team to:
- Sell peer-to-peer to senior levels.
- Elevate their contact level in accounts.
- Get all of the business vs. a few transactions.
- Transcend the natural resistance faced in the sales process.
- Manage objections.
- Conform to established data entry and reporting of sales-related activity.
- Practice, practice, practice telephone and face-to-face sales presentations.
