Sales Training

PMC will conduct an intensive 3-day, on site, sales training session that will:

  • Collaboratively establish and document your sales process.
  • Collaboratively create your Sales Message for all stages of the Sales Process that was created.
  • Teach your sales team to:
    • Sell peer-to-peer to senior levels.
    • Elevate their contact level in accounts.
    • Get all of the business vs. a few transactions.
    • Transcend the natural resistance faced in the sales process.
    • Manage objections.
    • Conform to established data entry and reporting of sales-related activity.
    • Practice, practice, practice telephone and face-to-face sales presentations.
